Our Commitment

Our commitment to you and your child is that CST:

 - will provide a point of contact on a 24 hour daily basis throughout the school term and will be ready to accommodate your child/children at short notice in case of any emergency or crisis that may arise

 - will provide suitable accommodation for your child/children and an appropriate degree of care and supervision during exeat weekends, half term breaks and longer holidays as required

 - will provide overnight or daytime accommodation as required if your child’s travel arrangements do not coincide with the beginning or end of term dates and times

 - will make suitable alternative arrangements if unable to accommodate your child and will inform your child’s Houseparent of any such arrangements

 - will be ready to liaise with your child’s Houseparent on your behalf in any matter relating to your child’s welfare and will attend any crisis meeting with the school on your behalf

 - will inform the school in writing of all travel arrangements and will provide all the necessary details prior to your child/children leaving school for an exeat weekend, half term and longer holiday period

 - will keep detailed records of all expenses deducted from the lodgement deposit and will provide a Statement of Account at the end of each term and by request at any time
